Nurturing Winter 2023: Art Space to Heal and Revive

June is the shortest month of the year and we will be spending more time indoors, so I am opening a free art space this month. Nurture yourself by art-making on Thursdays in June – June 8, 15, 22, and 29.

Here, we will sit and do a short breath work session together to calm our minds. Then we will explore our inner landscapes and express them on paper and/or write them down.

This is a simple yet powerful process that allows you to rest, reflect, refresh, and reclaim your true self, all in the comfort of your own space.

You don't need any prior art skills, and you don't need any special art kits for this expressive activity. Just bring a blank piece of paper and something to draw with, such as pencils, pens, pastels, or crayons, and allow yourself to be free.

This session is free and run solely on donations, but it would still be great if you could RSVP.
