The awarded harbourside dining at the Gantry, with a newly renovated dining room, contemporary cuisine championing Australia’s stunning seasonal produce is the perfect place to welcome 2023.
The New Year’s Eve Custom menu features premium produce and a contemporary vision. Yellow Fin Tuna, Black Lip Abalone, Western Australian Marron, Glacier 51 Toothfish and Blackmores Wagyu are followed by fresh fruit and citrus desserts.
Two seating sessions are available, the first, at 5:30pm, offers snacks on ice, entrée, main, pre-dessert, dessert, champagne on arrival, and paired wines throughout the dining experience.
The second seating leads into the midnight countdown, with dining from 8:30pm offering snacks on ice, amuse bouche, entrée, main, pre-dessert, dessert, champagne on arrival and to finish, and premium paired wines throughout the dining experience.
Note: all dietary requirements can be catered to. A range of non-alcoholic cocktails will be on offer for non-alcohol options.
