An Unholy Funeral – The Death of Divine!
A one-off event in the MCA’s iconic Foundation Hall, designed to lay to rest memories of Divine Playhouse.
You’re invited to find your most fashionable mourning veil and join a party to die for. Expect processions, hymns and performance spaces curated by artists till late.
Artworks displayed in the Foundation Hall will be auctioned on the night, with proceeds supporting Heaps Gay events and Divine Playhouse.
This event is part of UNHOLY / DIVINE, a three-night event series providing a new stage for artists and performers following the closure of Sydney venue Divine Playhouse.
