Embark on a joyful journey with a decadent five-course set menu, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi.
Festive favourites include Tempura Yamba Prawn with apple curry syrup, Shangri-La honey-glazed duck breast and Wagyu MBS 3+ with truffle jus. End your cheery proceedings with a delightful Grape Baba au Rhum, served with crème fraiche gelato, cassis coulis and Geraldton wax.
Christmas Eve Dinner will take place at Altitude on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, with a maximum 2.5 hour seating time. Priced at AUD 274 per person for the five-course set menu and AUD 174 for children aged 12 and under. Iconic wine pairing is available starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.
Christmas Day Dinner will take place at Altitude on Thursday, 25 December 2025 from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, with a maximum 2.5 hour seating time. Priced at AUD 284 per person for the five-course set menu and AUD 184 for children aged 12 and under. Iconic wine pairing is available starting from an additional AUD 155 per person.
Guaranteed window table is priced at AUD 400 per person. Please note, additional fees may apply for beverages or additional dishes.
