In a world of constant change and distraction, mindfulness offers a practical way to cultivate inner space, remain centred and feel more resilient in daily life.

Rooted in Buddhist contemplative traditions and supported by decades of research in psychology and neuroscience, mindfulness-based approaches are now widely used in healthcare, education, and workplace settings to support wellbeing, resilience, and stress management.

This introductory course presents mindfulness in a practical, structured, and accessible way for modern life.

Suitable for adults with little or no experience of meditation.
