Picture this: lamb shoulder and belly slowly spinning over charcoal, Messina garlic yogurt dripping down your hand, great tunes setting the vibe, and your crate carpark table groaning under the weight of spanakopita, loukanika rolls, and fresh halloumi salad. Then finish it all off with warm, honey-soaked loukoumades and a scoop of creamy honey gelato...because leaving without dessert would be criminal.

Spanakopita - Olympia’s recipe circa 1961 w/ wild greens & feta wrapped in golden flaky filo pastry.
Aussie Style Lamb ‘Yeeros’ - Lamb shoulder & belly gyro meat, tsatsoupeli (quince & tomato BBQ sauce), Messina garlic yogurt, tomato, onion, whey-dressed lettuce.
Chicken Pitogyro (Flavours of a Greek childhood) - Tomato & pepper marinated marylands, potato, onion, ‘piperies’ saltsa, Greek-style pink sauce.
Loukanika Psomaki - Smoked lamb, pork & kasseri cheese loukanika, and Greek Big Mac sauce, on a soft roll.
Watermelon & Colin Woods Halloumi Salad - Watermelon & halloumi salad, watermelon & rosewater syrup, mint & nut mix.
Loukoumades - Warm, honey-soaked loukoumades topped with creamy honey gelato and a crunch of candied walnuts.
