Messina Eats Wonderbao

It's been four long awaited years — Wonderbao are coming back to Sydney for a Lunar New Year pop up, featuring Mango Pancakes! Visit Messina HQ on the 9th – 10th February.

Wonderbao — the Melbourne makers behind the fluffiest, pillowy bao are flying their whole crew to Sydney for a Lunar New Year baotiful feast in our Marrickville HQ carpark.

Featuring their Gua Bao Trio with BBQ pork, fried chicken, and crispy tofu, filled traditional baos and a DIY roast duck platter.

The Messina chefs have whipped up a sweet & sour potato gems side dish to add some additional crunch to your bao-feast, along with bringing back the famous mango pancakes.

There'll be live DJs mixing it up in the carpark at night, plenty of seating and our full gelato + chocolate store for you to peruse. Stiff drinks more your thing? The Messina Creative bartenders are pouring punchy cocktails and a non-alcoholic bubble tea.
