For only $130+bf per person, you have the opportunity to meet Penny Sharpe, and will able to discuss her career in politics all whilst enjoying a menu specially curated by the Sto Lat kitchen. Only 20 seats are available for this exclusive event.

• Pulled Pork Broccoli Latkes | broccoli pancake, smoked pulled pork, herb cream, evo, micro herbs

• Butternut Squash Duck Risotto | seared duck, apple, peas, evo, micro herb

• Beef Wellington | mushroom duxelles, truffle mash, red wine jus

• Crème Brûlée Donut Roll | vanilla bean cream, berries, caramelised sugar

• Green Apple Mouse Tart | apple crips, edible soil, apple syrup, lemon balm
