Come and Join us in a Smoke Off at NOLA Smokehouse and Bar, where we will be hosting our friends, Newcastle’s Smokin’ Hot ‘N’ Saucy, in an Epic Southern BBQ battle!
Both venues will present a 4 course menu at $130 p/p, highlighting beef, lamb, chicken, and pork cooked by both teams, along with various sides from NOLA.
The BBQ wars champion will be determined by the diners votes for their favourite dish from each course.
The winner will take home the coveted Golden Kebab Trophy.
