16 of the best bars from around the globe will be descending on Sydney from 12 – 19 April 2023 for the inaugural Maybe Cocktail Festival. Each visiting international bar will take up residency at one of 7 Sydney bars for a high-octane, three-hour guest shift where they will showcase their bartending prowess, cocktail creations and hospitality.
Each event is free to attend with a first come/first served policy, so get in line to enjoy some of the best bars in the world, without the cost of a plane ticket. Tokens will be available to purchase from the door of each bar, which can be exchanged for cocktails.
