The annual Maybe Cocktail Festival, brought you by Sydney's most awarded bar Maybe Sammy, is back for its fourth year — bringing 15+ of the world's best bars to Sydney for a week of takeovers, guest shifts and one-off events across eight venues.
This year's lineup includes many of the World's 50 Best Bars list mainstays: Handshake (No. 2), The Connaught Bar (No. 6), Tres Monos (No. 10), Alquímico (No. 11), Locale (No. 22), Sip & Guzzle (No. 39), and Bar Montana — sister venue to Bar Leone (No. 1). Plus Trick Dog (Best U.S. Cocktail Bar, Tales of the Cocktail 2025), guest bartenders from Mexico City, Sri Lanka, Berlin, Florence, Kyoto, and more.
The program spans bar takeovers, a free industry panel, a four-course long lunch, a bartender brunch, and a closing party overlooking Sydney Harbour. Whether you're deep into cocktail culture, experience some of the world's best bars without a plane ticket or passport, or just looking for a great night out — there's something on every day of the week.
