Sunday 23 March from 10am to 4pm
Loss is an unavoidable part of living. The pain and grief of losing someone or something central to our life and identity can feel utterly unbearable.
On this day course, we have an opportunity to be soothed and strengthened by some of Buddha’s key teachings and meditations on life, reality and our shared experiences of humanity.
There will be guided meditations, inspiring teachings and an opportunity to enjoy the company of a community of like-minded people.
