Lisa Pagotto is a keynote speaker and serial entrepreneur known for her work in leadership under pressure and decision-making in uncertain environments. As the founder of Crooked Compass, she has built and scaled multiple businesses within one of the world’s most volatile industries, operating in complex and unpredictable regions globally.

Having led through crisis, rebuilt from collapse, and made high-stakes decisions with no roadmap or safety net, Lisa brings a deeply practical and lived perspective to leadership. Her work challenges traditional models, equipping leaders to think differently, trust their instinct, and lead when there is no rulebook. Through her FIRE framework, Lisa explores the critical role of Faith, Integrity, Resilience, and Evolution in modern leadership, offering a powerful blend of real-world experience, disruptive thinking, and immediately actionable insight.

Mark Carter is an international keynote speaker, trainer and author. He is an accredited behavioural analyst with more than 29 years of global experience in learning and development, beginning his career with 10 years in Travel, developing leaders in Europe with TTC (The Travel Corporation). His innovative, immersive, signature-style cinematic keynotes combine behavioural science with practical frameworks that are intellectually rich and emotionally engaging. 

Mark is a masterful storyteller; he creates powerful learning experiences that shift thinking and behaviour. His TEDx talk, featured on TED.com, became the movie trailer for his book Add Value, published globally by Wiley. A regular media contributor, Mark consults organisations across sectors on critical themes including leadership, culture, value, sales, and performance. Leadership is the longest standing part of his overall Academy. A long-standing client collaborator describes him as ‘a walking AI for all things people and behaviour, whether it’s culture, leadership or sales!’
