His travels through Lazio, Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily have led him to discover rich flavours and traditions, from bustling markets to home-cooked meals. Inspired by these experiences, Omar has crafted a menu that captures the essence of each region, inviting you to experience the authentic tastes and stories of Italy.
