'Is that you?' is an exhibition inviting us to look within, to see ourselves in others, and to reflect on our interconnectedness.

Join us for the opening night celebration where you can step into the world of an artist and witness art being created right in front of your eyes. This event is a collaboration with the Sydney-based dancer and choreographer Lucky Lartey who is at the forefront of exploring intercultural dance practices as part of the contemporary dance space in Australia.

In conjunction with this exhibition, Irma is offering a VIP viewing night and drawing classes. Visit our website for more information

Irma Calabrese is a multidisciplinary artist working across theatre, film, photography and visual arts. In recent years she has developed a special interest in figurative art and in continuous line drawing technique. Being fascinated by human form, anatomy and an invisible connection between humans, Irma has created an extensive body of work called “Don’t let go”. The drawings in the series depict many emotions and the technique of not lifting the pen until the thought has been transferred onto paper, comes across as a metaphor of our interconnectedness.
