Introduction to Printmaking 16+ (Thursday)

During this 6-week course, you’ll learn a range of introductory printmaking techniques including linocut, drypoint, etching, collagraph and monotype.

Our experienced tutor will provide you with a thorough introduction to each printmaking method, designed especially for beginner students.

You’ll get to take home everything you produce – proofs, print editions and the blocks or plates you create your prints from. You’ll also be provided with many tips for a well-rounded approach to developing your studio practice at home.

Suitable for complete beginners, full instruction provided on materials, products, tools, equipment and studio procedures.

Intimate class size: maximum 8 students

Level: designed for beginner level students

Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes

Bring: yourself – all materials provided
