Information Session / Ash and Local Clay Glazes

This specialised and relaxed information session is an introduction to using ash and local clay to create a glaze.

Resources and samples of materials at every stage will be showcased, collecting of materials and how to make a start, testing programs and test tiles all discussed. Handouts and suggested further reading supplied.

The class is a small size so plenty of time to have questions answered and to get up close to all resources.

Please note: this is an information and demonstrating session only, participants will not have the opportunity to make their own work.
