Sydney-born, New York-based indie-folk artist Indigo Sparke has announced a headline show in her hometown Sydney this December, in addition to her already announced dates supporting The War on Drugs and Spoon across Australia & New Zealand.

Indigo Sparke writes with a rare and reflective power, creating music that builds and bursts in a whirlwind of lyrical expression and vocal pageantry calling to mind the early works of PJ Harvey, Meredith Monk and the like. Born in Australia and now based in New York, Indigo established herself in the Sydney music scene with her 2016 EP Night Bloom. She has since toured with Big Thief, written with Aaron Dessner (The National, Taylor Swift) and performed across Australia and the U.S., including at Splendour in the Grass, an NPR Tiny Desk, and SXSW in 2019 and 2021.
