Opera Bites has partnered with The Harold in Glebe to bring you the world’s favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub. This historic pub was actually our first ever Opera in the Pub venue, way back in 2010! It’s now under new management, freshly refurbished and better than ever.

Celebrated Opera Highlights

A unique event experience with arias and ensembles from the world’s most adored operas. You'll be humming all the way home with favourites you’ll know and love from Turandot, Rigoletto, La Boheme, Don Giovanni, Lakmé, Carmen and more. With witty narration to give a sense of context and presented in true Opera Bites style, expect all the glamour of the opera house amidst the welcoming atmosphere of your new favourite pub.

Tickets are $45 (+ booking fee) and include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs at The Harold. Show starts at 7.30 pm.

Fabulous food and drinks are available for separate purchase at the venue. HAPPY HOUR from 5-7pm. All day kitchen open till 10pm for pre-, mid- or post-show dining.

Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events are popular!
