Each day, enjoy a limited-edition menu of vibrant, visually stunning cocktails, inspired by the colours and creativity of VIVID and infused with native botanicals sourced from across NSW.

On Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm to 11pm, our mezzanine transforms into an experimental cocktail lab and immersive dark room.

Here, you'll be guided through a one-of-a-kind experience where cocktails shift colour using all-natural ingredients, lighting tricks, and cutting-edge mixology.
