Former Aalia colleagues Paul Farag and Erdi Akyol will join forces at Hamsi Taverna for an exclusive waterfront dinner at the new Sydney Fish Market. Showcasing their shared passion for bold flavours, cultural storytelling and exceptional produce, the evening will feature a bespoke multi-course menu blending contemporary Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences, served against one of Sydney’s most spectacular harbourfront settings.
