Girl Focussed Skateboarding Event

Skate of Mind is collabing with California-based GrlSwirl as part of their 'World's Okayest Skater Tour' for a special girl-focussed skateboarding session in Sydney at Sydney Park's state-of-the-art skate park.
Skate of Mind is a grassroots, national touring collective of skaters, filmmakers, photographers, and artists. Skate of Mind runs community engagement events, workshops, music, art, digital art, projection, and soundscape design in regional communities.
Partnering with renowned skate culture brands Totem and Element, and now GrlSwirl, the Skate of Mind team will connect with Sydney's young people through skateboarding, art and music. Promoting skateparks as safe places for connection and expression for the whole community.
After a recently concluded tour in Pilbara WA, SoM skate teams are psyched to bring our workshopping, giveaways, and fun to this one-off Sydney event.
Everyone is welcome, skateboard or no skateboard, everyone can join in.
