Future matters: The importance of planning ahead

This free information session presented by Carers NSW will:

• Give an overview of legal, medical, financial and other practical considerations in planning for the future

• Provide information about tools and supports to transition someone into aged/or end of life care

• Reflect on the emotional impacts carers may experience at a time of transition.
