Wellbeing: We’ll explore how physical, mental, and emotional well-being are all interconnected and crucial for creative success.
Creative Wellbeing: Discover how self-care extends to nurturing your creative spark.
Creative Illness: Learn to identify and overcome roadblocks like imposter syndrome and self-sabotage that can hinder your progress.
Burnout: Understand the signs and impacts of burnout on creatives and develop strategies to prevent it.
Actionable Techniques: Walk away with practical tools to safeguard your creative wellbeing and integrate it seamlessly into your daily professional life.
More resources and help will be provided for broader wellbeing support. This workshop has been designed by creatives for creatives and includes a variety of activities.
