• Spelt panfocaccia ‘w Parmigiano & garlic butter  

• Prosciutto Toscano sliced to order, melon agrodolce

• Baked ricotta ‘w honey, lemon and chilli dressing  

Pasta and Main Courses:

• Lobster caserecce, citus crumble and curry leaves

• Crispy pork belly, caponata sauce

• Leafy salad, summer herbs ‘w aged balsamic

• Crushed Potatoes, sage salt

Desserts to Sweeten the Night:

• Sorbetto alla pesca, verjus gel

• Summer panettone

For those looking to enhance their experience, we offer tempting add-ons, available by prebooking only: East 33 Sydney rock oysters – choose from six oysters for $42 or a dozen for $84.
