Food Preservation Workshop with TAFE - FULLY BOOKED

Mondays, 10am to 12pm Monday 4 August to Monday 22 September

FULLY BOOKED

Learn the basics of food preservation in this 8-week course.

Each week you’ll preserve something different – from kombucha, to pickled vegetables, kimchi, curry paste, milk kefir and more.

To register:

  • You must be able to attend the full 8 weeks.

  • You must be aged 18 year or older.

  • You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

  • You will need a USI (Unique Student Identifier) which you can create at www.usi.gov.au
