Learn the basics of food preservation in this 8-week course.
Each week you’ll preserve something different – from kombucha, to pickled vegetables, kimchi, curry paste, milk kefir and more.
To register:
You must be able to attend the full 8 weeks.
You must be aged 18 year or older.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
You will need a USI (Unique Student Identifier) which you can create at www.usi.gov.au
