Fitness Course: Seniors Health & Fitness Package

The Seniors Health & Fitness Package is a great unique exercise programme designed for members of the community who are over 50 years of age. This package incorporates a combination of exercises to strengthen your health, body and mind.

In the heart of the inner west of Sydney, your tutor will guide you through a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training to enhance your overall health.

By the end of this Seniors Health & Fitness Package course, you should be able to:

  • Strengthen muscles and joints

  • Improve bone density

  • Improve balance and stability

  • Improve your coordination and agility

  • Maintain a healthy heart
