Future Classic is turning 20 and you’re invited to the party!

Future Classic, one of Australia’s most respected independent music collectives is celebrating their 20th birthday this February with a special one-night show at the City Recital Hall, Sydney. Featuring live performances from Emma LouiseSyccoTouch Sensitive with full band, Paula TapeNikki NairPanamaTentendo, Future Classic DJs and surprise guests, FC20 will bring together some of the label’s most loved artists for an unforgettable birthday celebration.

Spanning three stages, including the Hall’s iconic auditorium, the event will consist of hours of music, dancing, and discovery, honouring 20 years of community, innovation and creativity.

From its early days throwing underground club nights and releasing dancefloor 12"s, Future Classic has grown into an international powerhouse. Future Classic is home to a record label, management, publishing, and events team with headquarters in both Sydney and Los Angeles. Over two decades, they’ve been instrumental in the careers of acts including Flume, Chet Faker, SOPHIE, G Flip, Flight Facilities, Hayden James, Sycco, Wafia, Ta-ku and more. They’ve released hundreds of records, amassed billions of streams, and earned multiple ARIA and Grammy Awards, all while remaining Australian-owned and independently run.
