What are the biggest mindset issues you face in your dancing? Maybe it’s perfectionism, struggling to focus, or social anxiety.
We all face a unique combination of challenges in dancing, whether it’s a solo or partnered style.
In this workshop, we will identify the mindset issues that negatively impact our dancing and begin building a plan for shifting to healthier and more fulfilling mindsets for our dancing.
In 1.5 hours we will:
Start off with some breath work to relax and focus us
Do some journalling to identify our mindset issues
Work together to exchange ideas and plans for how to shift any negative mindsets
Finish with a meditation to reconnect us with our love of dancing
I am a yoga teacher and Brazilian Zouk dancer based in Sydney, and I will be guiding you through the methodology I’ve created and successfully used over and over again to challenge and change my own negative dance (and life) mindsets.
