It was a huge hit when it stomped into Sydney in 2024 selling-out every show to rave reviews but this summer, DinoFest will up the ante with even more live-action dinosaurs that are guaranteed to thrill.
Showing at Blaxland Riverside Park at Sydney Olympic Park daily from 10 January – 1 February 2026 (excluding 14, 20 and 26 January), DinoFest summer 2026 features more than 30 life-size, walking and interactive dinosaurs, as well as brand-new life-like animatronics and dino-themed activities.
While tyrannosaurus rex is understandably king of the show, DinoFest also stars a walking triceratops, stegosaurus, spinosaurus, pachycephalosaurs, ankylosaur and lots of cute baby dinosaurs that can be touched and patted, with in-character rangers who help to make the event a truly unique adventure for families.
In addition to the thrill of a 45-minute Dinosaur Encounter and an amazing new Dino Trail featuring a towering brachiosaurus, the ultimate dinosaur experience also has a range of educational and highly engaging kids’ activities like a Dino Dig, themed arts and crafts, and ‘feel a fossil’ with real dinosaur bones.
DinoFest is unique fun for everyone but especially suited to children aged nine years and younger.
Families are strongly encouraged to pre-book online as DinoFest Sydney will sell out faster than a velociraptor can run!
Family and group admission tickets are available, with special discount fees for seniors and people with physical disability. A single ticket costs $31 per adult and $28 per child, with free entry for children younger than two years. A family of four pass costs $107.
