Come visit Field + Fin, a unique oasis with an aquaponics and mushroom farm nestled within Marrickville’s industrial area. On Friday May 17th, we are hosting a Climate Week dinner with inspiring speakers that are creating innovative and sustainable food systems and solutions. Speakers include:

  • Daz Bern: Conservationist and creator and founder of Field + Fin 

  • Mat Goddard: Founder of land based fish farming startup, Aquacultr

  • Paul Millett: CEO of InvertiGro, revolutionising indoor vertical farming

  • Moderated by Marna Eringa, strategy and operations at Field + Fin

Dinner includes delicious dishes cooked by fire at the onsite camp-style kitchen. Expect mushrooms, smoked and slow cooked vegetables, sustainably sourced meat and fish. It will be served buffet style between a multistorey mural by a Timorese graffiti artist.

Come with friends for a special experience or come yourself to meet like-minded individuals at this extraordinary space. We hope to see you there!

Ticket includes entry, dinner, and panel discussion. Drinks to be purchased at the bar separately.

  • 5:30pm – Doors open

  • 6:30pm – Dinner is served (buffet style)

  • 7pm-7:30pm – Panel discussion on stage

  • 9:30pm – Event ends
