Dates carry meaning. They carry memories and anniversaries and little glimpses into our lives.

Albert has written a poem every day since the 15th of February 2017. He’s kept a diary for almost as long. Come join a conversation about what dates mean to us, and see how the same day has as many faces as there are people.

Share a day that’s special to you. Listen to others’. There is a poem for every occasion, and every date.

Albert Lin is a spoken-word poet, musician, general jack-of-all-trades, and person with a day job. He doesn’t take himself very seriously, and thinks the same of his work. His work focuses on love and wonder and joy, while exploring his life and emotions. Albert has created hour-long theatrical poetry shows, had his work displayed in art exhibits, and has performed in and out of Sydney in various contexts, including recently at the Melbourne Fringe Festival, Everything But the Kitchen Sink Festival, and the Butterfly Club.
