If your week needs a reset, this is it. This week we're dancing to Britney Spears. Think throwback millennial joy.
Dance Therapy is a beginner dance class in Sydney designed for people who want to move their body, shift their mood, and spend a Thursday evening with people who actually get it.
Held upstairs at Universal Sydney in Darlinghurst, each session blends guided movement, iconic pop music, and the kind of low-pressure social energy that's hard to find midweek.
No dance experience needed. No performance pressure. Just music, movement, and community.
What happens in each class:
Gentle warm-up to release the tension of the day
Confidence-building strut (yes, really
An easy-to-follow routine to pop anthems
Time to socialise and connect
Dance Therapy is queer-inclusive and welcoming space. Many people come alone yet find community on the dance floor.
Sessions do sell out. Grab a spot while they're available.
