Dance for Joy is three Thursday evenings of guided movement built around one teaching: your body already knows what it needs to feel alive. It already knows how to feel, how to move, how to heal. We have just forgotten how to listen to it.
Angela has been teaching this work for 30 years, moving beyond dance steps and choreography into the deeper intelligence that lives underneath all movement. The energy body. The heart centre. The felt sense of being fully yourself. This is the work that underpins everything she teaches, and these three evenings are your doorway into it.
Each evening opens with a guided practice that brings you home to yourself, moves through free movement guided by the teachings of the energy body, and closes with time to feel what has shifted in you before you walk back out into the world. The structure is simple. What moves through it builds in you across the three evenings, deepening your felt sense of who you truly are in your body.
