Get ready to shake, squat, twist, and punch with the Jungle Body founder Tara Simich this IWD.
Our workout is designed for all fitness levels with just 4 simple moves per routine. Dance experience is not needed and our community is welcoming so you will greeted by our friendly staff the moment you step in.
Experience the energy in the High Tide Room with sprung floor, and high-quality audio. Dim lighting, party vibes, and electrifying music set the scene.
What to wear and bring:
Comfortable exercise attire and supportive sneakers. Water bottle for hydration. Sweat towel for freshness
