A 60 minute monthly pop-up class designed for all fitness levels. No dance experience necessary. With only 4 moves in each routines, participants will be able to follow and get results.
This state-of-the-art converted warehouse studio space, with sprung flooring, night club grade lighting and sound is dimly lit, with party lights, and loud music. This means you will not feel self-conscious, can let loose, de-stress and boost your mood.
For full-time students, health care card holders, seniors, pensioners, use code JBCONC to get 30% off class fees, please bring relevant card for valid entrance.
For children under 16, use code JBKID to take $20 off for $10 class. Children must be accompanied by adult.
What to wear and to bring: Exercise wear, sneakers, a water bottle, a sweat towel, and exercise mat.
Classes run once a month on Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at 3 Danks Street Waterloo.
