We will be donating 50% of ticket sales of this event to WayAhead Mental Health Association, a non-government, community-based organisation and registered charity based in NSW. So when you buy a $25 ticket, half of it will go to help WayAhead coordinate Mental Health Month in October, as well as provide support programs for people with anxiety disorders and workshops to increase awareness of anxiety disorders to allow for early intervention.
What: 60-minute dance workout class with a live DJ in a state-of-the-art converted warehouse studio with nightclub-grade lighting and sound.
Our workout is designed for all fitness levels. With only 4 moves in each routine, no dance experience is necessary, you will be able to follow and have a good sweat.
What to wear and bring: Wear exercise clothes in green, the colour of Mental Health Month, and sneakers. Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and an exercise mat.
Only a 5-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD, minutes walk to bus services running Sydney-wide and a 15-min walk to either Redfern or Green Square train stations.
