Community art therapy workshop

Join this workshop to gain insights, tools, and find new perspectives in your everyday life. Enjoy the connection with other like-minded people.
No previous art skills required. This is more about freedom of expression than creating a masterpiece.
We will do a meditation on a topic, create art, and then have a group discussion (optional sharing).
What you will need
Blank paper as well as some art supplies like watercolor paints, pastels, or crayons.

Kimberly Hetherington is a transpersonal art therapist, meditation facilitator and writer based in Sydney, Australia. She is a mental health advocate and passionate about supporting people in finding belonging. Through her own journey of grief and loss, Kimberly has discovered a unique refuge that can be found in the fusion of art therapy and meditation.
