Celebrate Christmas night with a bountiful buffet featuring the finest sustainably farmed and wild-caught seafood from Australia and New Zealand. Indulge in an ocean-inspired spread of crab, octopus, mussels and other delicacies, alongside live cooking stations.
Enjoy traditional Christmas favourites including slow-roasted turkey with classic trimmings, glazed ham, and a decadent dessert station filled with festive treats.
Includes festive seafood buffet, cheese and dessert station. Beverages available à la carte from the dinner Menu or add a two-hour beverage package for $54pp.
