This Chinese Valentine’s Day, spoil your beloved in true romantic style to a 5-course ‘Qixi Festival’ chef’s signature menu, sure to set hearts aflutter.

With the shimmer of Sydney Harbour as your backdrop, you and your loved one will embark on a romantic taste journey with signature dishes including coral trout sashimi with green asparagus, black garlic and tarragon emulsion, pan-fried scallops served with nduja butter and Australian succulents, and tender duck breast with sour cherry, red cabbage and anise myrtle.

End the evening on the sweetest note with a delightfully decadent strawberry lychee mousse with jasmine Chantilly.
