The Bystander Intervention Program – a free, practical, engaging and empowering training program which aims to increase capability and competency in defusing Islamophobic situations. This initiative is part of a national effort to combat Islamophobia and build safer, more inclusive communities.
About the program:
This half-day workshop provides participants with the skills to safely and effectively intervene when witnessing acts of racism or discrimination, particularly Islamophobia. Sessions are grounded in real-life scenarios and tailored with input from local communities.
