This is not a traditional art class. It's a structured practice in creative mindfulness and achievable art:
Mindful focus: You will learn the foundations of brush calligraphy (light upstrokes, heavy downstrokes). This intentional control is a powerful, instant method for grounding yourself and quieting mental clutter.
Creative release: We will master drawing simple, charming doodles—friendly florals, tiny moons, and playful swirls—that are easy to do and instantly boost your mood.
Low Ppressure: We embrace the mess! The goal is always presence, never perfection.
Your final project: Personalised affirmation cards
You will leave with a tangible tool for self-care. You will letter supportive quotes and surround them with your unique doodles to create mini affirmation cards. You can use these cards as physical reminders to reset during a stressful moment, journal with them or gift it to a loved one.
