Monday 15th April

‘BOLD AND BRIGHT’ POP ART PORTRAIT, INSPIRED BY WARHOL 

Experience the dynamic world of pop art in our ‘Bold and Bright’ pop art portrait workshop, drawing inspiration from the iconic Andy Warhol. Your child will embark on a vibrant journey, illustrating their own self-portrait using drawing techniques. From bold lines and contrasting colours to playful patterns, they will unleash their creativity through drawing and painting.

Tuesday 16th April

VIBRANT BUCKET HAT TIE-DYE

Explore the colourful world of tie-dye. Let your child’s imagination soar as they learn the intricate techniques of tie-dye artistry, transforming a plain bucket-hat into a stunning, wearable masterpiece. Throughout this hands-on workshop, participants will explore a range of tie-dye methods, from classic spirals to intricate crumple designs.

Wednesday 17th April

CLAY CREATIONS: BLOOMING FLOWER POTS

Why not create these beautiful clay pots as a hand-made gift for Mother’s Day, or a gift for your child to keep themselves! Children will embark on a hands-on journey of creativity using air-dry clay, where an engaging instructor will provide step-by-step guidance on clay hand-building techniques. Children will mould 3D shapes starting from basic pinch pots and through to more intricate coil building techniques, to construct sturdy structures for their flower pots. They will then explore various textures and designs to bring their creations to life with vibrant paints and decorations.

Monday 22nd April

BRITTO-INSPIRED PUPPY PAINTING 

Get ready to infuse your creativity with the vibrant inspiration of Brazilian artist Romero Britto. In this class, participants will create a character painting by merging the dynamic mediums of watercolour and oil pastels to create lively animal masterpieces. Students will learn illustration skills to draw their furry character with oil pastels, then fill them with vivid watercolour hues to capture Britto’s signature style. They will dive into layering techniques to add depth to their artwork, while utilising oil pastels for intricate details that bring their puppy to life in true Britto fashion.

MYTHICAL CREATURE ACRYLIC PAINTING 

Join us for a magical journey of fantasy and imagination with our Mythical Creature Painting Workshop! Children will bring to life their very own mythical creatures using vibrant acrylic paints. From majestic dragons to mystical unicorns, participants will learn painting techniques to add depth, texture, and personality to their fantastical creations.
