Saturday 27 July from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
We will start at DRAW Space to view Scott Elk’s immersive solo exhibition, which presents works across a range of mediums, including drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, collage and sound, that explore the expression of grief.
We will then continue to 16albermarle Project Space to view Cambodian artist Than Sok’s Teyyatean (Giving alms). The exhibition spans two decades of Sok's work, investigating the role of religious practices in the contemporary world.
Finishing at Chrissie Cotter Gallery we view a group exhibition For the love of petroleum curated by Lucy Merret. Artists Carla Cescon, Sarah Goffman, Lucy Merret and Rolande Souliere explore the nuanced issue of climate change through installation and sculptural works.
