Wednesday 10 March from 7pm to 8:30pm
If you feel like your mind and body are seeking refuge, I welcome you to an evening of creativity and healing.
While stress tends to have a bad reputation, it plays a critical role in our survival.
We need stress to navigate our lives and remove ourselves from danger. The stress response (fight, flight or freeze) is a highly effective and sophisticated system. It only becomes problematic when we are unable to turn it off.
We will be exploring the role of stress in your life through meditation, art expression, and group sharing.
You do not need to be an artist to participate. All supplies will be included.
