If you feel like your mind and body are seeking refuge, I welcome you to an evening of creativity and healing.
While stress tends to have a bad reputation, it plays a critical role in our survival.
We need stress to navigate our lives and remove ourselves from danger. The stress response (fight, flight or freeze) is a highly effective and sophisticated system. It only becomes problematic when we are unable to turn it off.
We will be exploring the role of stress in your life through meditation, art expression, and group sharing.
You do not need to be an artist to participate. All supplies will be included.
Wednesday 10 March, 7:00pm-8:30pm.
Leela Centre: 113-115 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
(Corner of Crown Street on the second floor, right beside Sandoitchi Cafe).
$35 per person (plus transaction fee) this includes art supplies. I recommend bringing your own journal if you wish for your own reflections. You will be able to take home everything you create as well.
