聽By the end of the 2-hour training, you鈥檒l have developed your:
聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽understanding of racism, as both a concept and an experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽understanding of race and racism in the Australian context, including relevant legislation such as the Racial Discrimination Act
路聽聽聽聽聽聽awareness of the impacts of racism
路聽聽聽聽聽聽tools and strategies for addressing and responding to racism when it鈥檚 experienced by colleagues, customers, or clients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽skills for effective bystander action.
聽This training is for anyone who wants to improve their ability to address racist behaviours in their daily-life and the workplace.
