Course Outline

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the electric vehicle (EV) transition, specifically designed for fleet managers, government and private sector leaders.

It equips organisations with the essential knowledge and tools to navigate the electrification of transport, covering key aspects such as EV charging, vehicle configuration, and finance strategies. By leveraging the NEVCE 15-Step Model, the course enables businesses to develop a robust transition plan that addresses practical challenges and opportunities, while ensuring alignment with their sustainability goals.

Facilitated by industry experts, this workshop also offers participants the chance to engage directly with leaders and colleagues in the field, ensuring they leave with actionable insights to drive their EV journey forward with confidence and clarity.
