All our tutors are Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) certified, bringing expertise and passion to every class.
By the end of this Adult Beginner Ballet course, you should be able to:
Demonstrate fundamental ballet techniques, including positions, pliés, and tendus.
Improve posture, balance, and overall body alignment.
Enhance flexibility and strength through ballet exercises.
Perform simple ballet combinations with musical interpretation.
