you're invited to have a say on the Sydney Local Health District Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan 2026-2031.
The purpose of this consultation is to ensure that the Aboriginal community is fully involved in the development of the new Sydney Local Health District Aboriginal Health Strategic Plan.
This a major plan for Closing the Gap, Connecting to Country, truth telling, transforming our organisation and addressing major Aboriginal Health priorities for the area.
