Tuesday 12 July 2022 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

In this 1-hour webinar, Cornersmith owner Alex Elliott-Howrey and teacher Jaimee Edwards demonstrate their favourite citrus recipes for a sustainable kitchen. Learn to make a waste hack bitters for cocktails and mocktails, save money by preserving lemons and dehydrate citrus peels to make seasoning salts and sugars.

This webinar is presented by Cornersmith for Sydney City Farm in partnership with City of Sydney Library to inspire residents to grow some of their own fruit.

At Sydney City Farm we’re passionate about growing food, flowers and community in the city.

Cornersmith is a family run business featuring a cafe, cooking school and cookbooks, driven by a desire to build community through ethical food choices, education and sustainable business practice.
