Saturday 24 June 2023 from 10:30am to 3:30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for participants aged 15 to 25 to make a real impact in the City of Sydney’s area.

The City of Sydney youth civic participation program aims to empower young people to have a voice, act on matters that concern them and actively contribute to shaping significant City of Sydney events.

As a program participant you’ll:

  • attend engaging meetings and contribute your unique ideas

  • co-design and shape key events with other participants

  • take part in monthly workshops, training sessions and community events over a 12-month term

The program is open to young people who live, work, study or play in the City of Sydney’s area.

If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to actively contribute to the City of Sydney’s key events, we invite you to express your interest in becoming a program participant.

Our first meeting is scheduled for Saturday 24 June 2023 at a central city location.

We welcome applications for new program participants throughout the year.
