The colour of the sun, of wattle blossom, of banana paddle pops. Could it get any more Australian? Yellow is the colour of joyfulness, happiness and energy. In the US it is associated with cowardice, but in China and many Asian countries, it is seen as the colour of royalty, nobility, respect, happiness, glory, harmony and wisdom. (You decide who you would rather agree with.)

We've filled the gallery with sunshine for our anniversary show this year. With small works by some of our favourite artists, there will be plenty art to enjoy and admire. So come and bask – and take some joy home with you!
