Winter vibes @ Newtown Neighbourhood Centre

Newtown, we’ve missed seeing your bright, beautiful faces!

To celebrate our first no-lockdown winter in two years, we’re hosting a free community event to bring the neighbourhood back together.

At our first event in June, we’ll be entertained by the fabulous Hannah Conda who’s ready to crank out some dance floor classics.

Talented local artist, Georgia Draws a House,(check out her beautiful work on Instagram) will need your help to create a unique Newtown artwork.

The legends at Mountain Goat Brewery will be putting on a free sausage sizzle and the lovely folk at Ben and Jerry’s are delivering the goods with free ice cream scoops.

 Plus other treats include fairy floss, popcorn and a hot drink to warm you up.

 The Kids tent will feature art and craft, with some toys to keep the little ones amused.
